Software as a Service (SaaS) is an increasingly popular delivery model for a wide range of business applications in the current market. ClinicaERP subscription is based on SaaS pricing module as well. Below is our pricing:
Add on RM 20 per month Per Clinic for IRB eInvoice Features.
Support & Service Price
- 1. Onsite Support, or User Training pricing:
- MYR 250.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 60
- Payment Term: Cash upon completion.
- Currently our onsite support & training is only available within Klang Valley
- Outside Klang Valley, travelling charges may incur.
- 2. Remote User Training pricing
- MYR 125.00 for 1st 2 hours and subsequent hours is MYR 30
- Payment Term: Prepaid.
- Remote support & training is only available during office hours. After office hours additional charges may incur.
- 3. Phone Support pricing
- Free for the first year, subsequently MYR 600 per year
- Payment Term: Prepaid.
- Phone support is unlimited during office hours. After office hours additional charges may incur.
- Outside Klang Valley, travelling charges may incur.
